Open it up to big picture ideas with no restrictions. Once you have exhausted all of the ideas, have everyone come and vote (by checking a stickie) on their top 3 ideas. Create a prioritized list of which ideas to test, ordered by the number of votes. START TESTING… A final point. Never stop testing. Test, Rinse & Repeat. Because as I mentioned earlier, every page can be better.
