A full 13 years after the protest of January 21, 2011, where four protesters were killed and dozens of policemen and guards were injured, Prime Minister Edi Rama continues to cry during the day, those who were "killed" with his call at the edge of dusk. The violent demonstration of January 21 was called by the then opposition Socialist Party.
